Married (1942) Susette Harvey, younger daughter of Thomas Arnold Harvey (the Rt.Rev. the Lord Bishop of Cashel) and Isabel Kathleen Burrows, of Bishopsgrove, Waterford, Eire. She re-married (1946) Gp.Capt. John Gerald Russell, RAF.
